Most modern software doesn't belong to you. Egocentric flips the script. We built a world-class "Life OS" that runs entirely on your machine. Optional encrypted cloud sync via your own iCloud or Google Drive is available if you want multi-device alignment, or via our own Egocentric Cloud for a small fee.
Buy Full once for sync and connectors — and the ability to enable Egocentric AI (usage billed separately). Your local hub stays free forever.
We believe you should only pay for tools that actually make your life better.
No credit card upfront. Full access.
If you forget about the app or it doesn't click with you, you won't owe us a dime.
If your trial ends and you choose not to buy Full, you keep a free local hub forever — notes, tasks, orbit, and planner. Upgrade anytime for sync, connectors, and AI access.

Connect what you already use—Google sign-in for Gmail, Calendar, and Tasks—so nothing is trapped in yet another closed inbox.
Self-hosted or managed. Download the desktop app to get started with a 60-day trial.
Quick answers about trying Egocentric, updates, and your data.
No. Egocentric is a one-time purchase—you keep the app and can use the version you have for as long as you like. We include free updates for two years from the date you buy a license, so you benefit from improvements and fixes without a major-version upgrade tax. After that window, you can stay on your last build or renew an update pass when you want newer releases.
The desktop hub is built so you are not renting core access month to month. Full is a one-time purchase for sync and connectors. Egocentric AI usage is billed separately when you enable it in the app.
By default your hub data stays on your machine in a local database. Optional sync can use cloud storage you already trust, or a managed option where offered—your choice, not a hidden default.
You can download and try Egocentric free for 60 days with full access to explore whether it fits your workflow before you pay.
